What's the difference between a company LinkedIn page and a personal LinkedIn page?

Which one should someone use when they're trying to create awareness about
their business, generate leads and increase their influence in their network?

You will see three different types of things on the feed. Number one is you'll see profiles posting. You will see people commenting on second and third degree connections. You will see the activity of those second and third degree connections. The third thing that you'll see is advertisements from company pages that have been promoted. Companies won't show up on your feed unless you advertise. If you want to advertise you have to have a company page.

So, prioritize posting on a personal page even if you are trying to promote a company!
