What should someone do if they really want to connect with someone on LinkedIn, but that person has not accepted their connection request yet?

What you should do if somebody didn't accept your connection request is start engaging with their content. Start liking, commenting, and when they look at your profile, because eventually they will, since you keep coming up in their notifications, they will notice that they have a pending invitation from you.
